The following are the Terms and Conditions for the use of our website and the purchase of products from As Cute as a Button Frames. Use of our website constitutes your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

Product Specification – Frames are 25 x 25 x 5 cm and are made from either real wood or plastic depending on availability. They will have a woodgrain finish and not smooth as per previous frames. The front may be perspex or glass, again depending on availability. If you have a specific requirement please let us know. Frames are free standing or can be hung on a wall. We do not recommend hanging frames above cots or beds for safety reasons. Product specification is subject to change depending on supply. Embellishments are added subject to design and at the discretion of the design team. Again, if you have a specific requirement please let us know in advance of purchase by emailing us at email@example.com
Pricing – Prices on products are given on the basis of costs at the time of issue. Prices of products and carriage are subject to change based of cost fluctuation. Bespoke products may incur additional design time and prices for such products are stand alone and not related to prices on Standard Products advertised on our website.
Payment – We accept payment online by VISA, MasterCard, American Express via Paypal. You may also pay by Bank Transfer. (Please contact us directly if you need to Pay Offline).VAT is charged at the current rate where applicable. Goods will only be despatched once payment has been received in full. All products remain the property of The Company until payment is received in full.
Frame Approval – Once Payment is received we will produce a working Draft. This Draft/Proof will be sent to you electronically for approval. ( note: Drafts are image only and do not include embellishments, clock face images etc). In the interest of your framed print/s being correct, we suggest you carefully check details on the proof we send as any alterations that need to be made after approval will incur a remake charge. Once you approve a draft by return email we will then produce the frame.
At Proof stage we will ask you confirm your delivery address. (Collection is an option if required)
Preferably a work/business address or an address where someone will be in to accept the delivery as it will need to be signed for.
Use of Images – Please note that any images supplied to us or a finished frame photo may be used by us at a later date for Sales & Advertising Purposes. Please let us know if you DO NOT want us to use a photo of your finished frame for marketing purposed.
Shipping – Your order is processed by us the moment it is received. We will ship to the address given. We are not responsible if the address supplied is partial or incorrect.
We recommend a work/business address or an address where someone will be in to accept the delivery.
All address information must be accurate including the postcode where appropriate and the recipient’s telephone number. Where address disputes arise, Addresses are verified against An Post’s address correction service (http://correctaddress.anpost.ie/pages/Search.aspx). As Cute as a Button Frames cannot accept responsibility for non-delivery if the recipient’s address and telephone details are insufficient or incorrect. The goods shall be deemed to have been delivered when the courier obtains receipt of the goods confirmation from any person at that address.
It is the customer’s duty to ensure that someone will be home to sign for the gift, which will be delivered by third party couriers. Where the courier is unable to find a person to accept delivery, a calling card will be left for the recipient to contact the courier and arrange to pick-up from the local depot or agree an alternative delivery time or alternative location at the discretion of the courier. If the recipient fails to make contact in good time, the goods are returned to us and a charge will be made for re-delivery to the original or an alternative address.
Disclosure of Sender – When your order is shipped directly to a third party (i.e. the gift recipient), we may provide the recipient with contact details of sender (name, address & telephone). In the event the sender wishes to remain anonymous and requests same, the Company may remove this information from the parcel however in all cases we will divulge sender’s contact details should the recipient request such information.
Returns & Refunds – As our frames are Personalised we cannot accept returns based on incorrect information on approved prints.
