How much is packing and shipping?
P&P within Ireland is €6.49 for one parcel to one address, FREE P&P if you order more than one frame.
I want to order more than one frame sent to different shipping addresses?
Please place separate orders for separate delivery addresses as all shipping prices are based on delivery to one address.
Can I collect from you?
Yes, however we are based in Keshcarrigan, Co. Leitrim. Please email us directly with your requirements. Email address is on our homepage.

Where are you based and do you have a Gift Shop?
As Cute as a Button Personalised Frames Ltd. are based in Keshcarrigan, Co. Leitrim. We do not have a gift shop as we are an online business. If you wish to collect your order we will send you directions on how to get here.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, however due to Brexit issues we are not shipping to the mainland UK until further notice. Please contact us separately for a shipping price for overseas addresses. We are however shipping to Nothern Ireland.
Can you ship direct to a third party?
Yes, just complete the Shipping Address section on your order with the recipients address details after you have completed the Billing Address section with YOUR details. We will add your message to a gift card so the recipient will know who the gift is from.
How long does delivery take?
We ship every Monday and Wednesday (except Bank Holidays in which case it will be Tuesday & Thursday). It usually takes 1-2 working days after we ship for your order to arrive ( in Ireland ) however please expect delays during peak times like Christmas. All parcels can be tracked. We use An Post express delivery service as in our experience over the years they offer the most reliable service. Please note that International deliveries usually take 7-10 working days
Can I make a return?
Unfortunately as the frames are personalised and made to order we do not accept returns. Please refer to T&Cs
Do you make bespoke frames other than what is on the website?
Usually yes, depending on the brief. The charge for bespoke frames is higher than advertised standard frames will vary depending on the brief.
Most of our designs on the website can be adjusted slightly without additional cost so put any slight changes you require on your order in the Additional Information section.
Are gift boxes and gift cards included in the price?
Yes these are complimentary making your personalised framed prints the perfect gift ready to go!
What size and colour are your frames?
Dimensions of Square standard frames are Height 25cm x Width 25cm x Depth 4.5cm
Dimensions of Rectangular frames are Height 24cm x Width 33cm x Depth 3cm
Frames are white woodgrain effect with GLASS front.
We have limited stock of black frames so please mention on your order if you require same.
What if I want to make changes to an existing Frame in the future?
Things change in life such as additional Children, Grandchildren for instance.
As all our frames contain prints we cannot add names to an existing print, however we can remake a new insert from €30.00 including delivery.
We don’t however sell inserts, only replacements. This service is only offered by way of amendments to existing Frames previously sold from our range.
